"Do Your Own Bookkeeping with my Support"

 Group Program

 

 

• 4h (1h per week for 4 weeks) of virtual meeting in a group (on zoom).

 

• There are two groups: one on Tuesday afternoon at 4pm PST and one on Thursday morning at 11am PST.

   If you can't attend on these days, a recording will be provided.

 

• Signing up for the program gives you a bookkeeping software that you can reuse every year without

  paying monthly fees. There some requirements to be able to use this system.


       1- You need to have the real Microsoft Excel installed on your computer (not google sheet or numbers)


       2-You need to just track revenue & expenses for your business (the system doesn't provide payroll

           or accounts receivable or payable follow up)


• The class will provide you directions on how to use the system and the 4h are to be doing the work

  (so at the end you should be pretty much all done with your year-to-date bookkeeping and know the

   secret recipe to keep on top of it on a weekly basis).

 

  While you are doing the work, I am there with you to support you and answer any questions you may

  have like: 


        Example: "I have a receipt for a networking event that I went.... what type of expenses is that?"

 


• The bookkeeping system is customized for you with your revenue & expenses categories and it tracks

   your month to date and builds your Income statement as you go. Once you're all done, you just need to

   print your income statement and give to your accountant to do your taxes...

• The classes are recorded, so if you miss one, you can replay it to do your work. 


• Participants also get access to a Private FB group for support.

   If you can't attend on these days, a recording will be provided.


• It will give you the steps to follow, in your day to day office work, to be organized (in an efficient and productive

  way) in your business paperwork


• We will build a digital system together for you to be organized virtually in an efficient & productive way for

   your business.


• You will learn some secret sauce that you will apply every day in your life from now on.


• You will increase your efficiency & productivity in your office work which will save time that you can use for

  more revenue-generating activities or more self-care.  (Our clients save between 3 to 8 hours per month!!!)


• It's a hands-on class (you will do the work), so by the end of it, your computer files will be super organized...

  no more searching for HOURS for things!
 

• The classes are recorded, so if you miss one, you can watch the replay to do your work.
